Meet The Founder
Sierra Drummond, Full Potential Club Founder
Strategic thinker, community builder, and growth-driven leader with a background in nonprofit, corporate environments, and public relations. Sierra holds a university degree in PR and years spent inside traditional institutions, but she kept seeing the same pattern repeat itself:
Ambitious women with big ideas, sitting in rooms that didn’t challenge them, support them, or expand them.
After working across nonprofit and corporate systems, and later building her own marketing and community ventures, she realized the gap didn’t lie in information, but instead in environment.
Sierra’s mission is to create a room where:
Goals are normal.
Growth is expected.
Accountability is built in.
Personal expansion is non-negotiable.
Full Potential Club was created to be that room.
What started as small in-person gatherings in Calgary, AB quickly evolved into a structured monthly growth container for women who consider themselves ambitious, entrepreneurial, creative, or building something meaningful.
Sierra brings a rare blend of:
Strategic structure (corporate + PR training)
Community facilitation (nonprofit leadership)
Entrepreneurial execution (founder experience)
And deep belief in intentional, high-standard spaces
Her approach is grounded, direct, and growth-focused. She brings smart, ambitious women committed to becoming who they say they want to be, together inside the Full Potential Club forum.
Full Potential Club is the infrastructure for that evolution.
