That’s the Full Potential Forum, a monthly, membership experience taking place both in-person AND online.
Each cohort is small (up to 8 women), intentional, and structured for growth. You’ll reflect, problem-solve, and set commitments that move your life and business forward with clarity and purpose.
This isn’t networking. It’s genuine support and real relationships to lean on.
The Transformation
What you’ll experience:
Monthly 2-hour meetings (online or in-person, your choice!)
Structured check-ins on your personal, business, and alignment goals
One member spotlight per session for deep peer feedback
Collective coaching + real accountability from like-minded women
Ongoing support through private group chat and reflection worksheets
Each month, you’ll meet with the same small group of women in business (up to 8 per cohort) to check in, reflect, and grow.
And you’ll finally walk away with clarity, confidence, and community.
Here’s How it works
Each monthly meeting is 2 hours and includes:
Personal + Professional Check-In: All members share how they’re doing in multiple key life areas.
Member Spotlight: One member presents a project, challenge, or opportunity for group feedback and support.
Collective Feedback: The group offers insights, ideas, and lived experience. You’ll leave each session with tangible next steps and renewed momentum.
Outside of meetings, members also get to learn from guest speakers / coaches / successful business mentors, a private group chat for ongoing support and discounted or complimentary access to community events.

Meeting Times: First week of every month
Enrolment: Ongoing monthly membership. Secure your spot by applying here.
Commitment: 6+ months of consistent growth and support.
Investment: $99/month CAD
Location: Online or in-person options available. Apply on the intake form to choose your preferred meeting method.
We ask every woman to commit to herself, and her cohort, for a minimum of 6 months.

It’s for women who are serious about growth, ready to take action, and want a supportive, diverse community to share wins, challenges, and ideas.

This membership is for people who want a sense of community, accountability, self-improvement and growth. We highly encourage prioritizing the meetings to receive the full benefit of this membership.
That said, life happens. If you miss a meeting (with notice), we will understand!

Expect up to 2 hours per month for the forum session. Engagement in the private chat is optional, but strongly encouraged for ongoing support, accountability, and networking.
