Why We Built This
Hiiii, Sierra here. A few years ago, I read a book that named something I didn't have words for yet: I didn't have my own "million dollar squad," a room of women who actually understood what I was building and held me to it.
So I built one.
It started as a forum, a place for ambitious women to connect and stop doing this alone.
Over the past year, that forum taught me something I didn't expect, the women in it didn't need more advice. They needed to trust themselves enough to actually use what they already knew.
That's what’s coming in Fall 2026. Not another course. A system built around one idea: confidence isn't something you decide to feel, it's something you build proof for, one kept promise at a time.
